I've just placed an order at Shop @ Home, so I'll have a new/sealed #40289 arriving shortly.

As much as I'd like a reason to start collecting all of the Harry Potter sets, I'm rapidly running out of room so I thought I'd offer it to a fellow Bricksetter before I list it on Ebay. 

Any reasonable offer considered, especially if you're happy to pay via Paypal gift!

I've made lots of trades here and run my own Bricklink store (Bespin Bricks).

I'd prefer to ship within the UK.
