Any LEGO and Ed Sheeran fans out there? Ed’s selling it at auction.

Ed often sells a lot of his items in and around Suffolk for charity. This time he is auctioning his LEGO collection. Some items are off the shelf, a few are unique.

Link to the auction site, and above lot.

This strikes me as weird.  It's altruistic and great for the charity, but still weird.

I don't get why owning Ed Sheeran's Luke Skywalker minifigure is significant to Ed Sheeran or to the Luke Skywalker minifigure.

(I'd rather have some autographed lyrics on a napkin, or a Mark Hamill signed Luke Skywalker minifig.)

SSD was £260, but SOH was £700!

Some individual minifigureswere going for ~ £50. A regular stormtrooper for £55.

The two stand out personalised items:

More of his LEGO was auctioned off.

Presumably it was more than the BBC showed in this picture though. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-suffolk-54874261

I saw that auction, it really was that amount of LEGO - it was a handful from his childhood collection sold by his parents for charity I believe.

That's crazy. I can understand personalised items, but a handful of bricks?
