Problem with forum category list

On the right navigation side, these categories are missing:
- Collecting
- Buying & Selling Topics
- Everything else LEGO
- Building and Techniques
When you create a new post, the category selection drop-down shows the problem. "Collecting" should not be a child of "Announcements".
