I am really hoping someone here is able to help me! For my boyfriends birthday this year I would love to have instructions created for him to build the entrance to his favorite soccer teams old stadium (Upton Park for West Ham). If there is anyone that is interested in creating these for me or giving me guidance on who to get in contact with that would just as helpful!

I'm really sorry I can't help you but great choice of football team. It's a shame they moved from Upton Park, I used to love going there. The London stadium is just not the same.

Anyway good luck, it sounds like a great idea

No instructions, but you could try copying a stand (or the whole thing) from this ...

Another version of the stadium is available here: http://brickstand.com/index.php/2015/08/12/the-boleyn-ground-upton-park/

No instructions, but elsewhere on the site/the author's Instagram there's work in progress pictures of several of the other grounds he has constructed.
Alternatively he might be willing to help if you contact him directly.

Thank you all so much for your help with this.  I don’t know proper etiquette for something like this. Do builders who build custom things like this typically create and follow a set of instructions or do they build based off of look? And if they do Create and use instructions, do they typically share those with other builders? My boyfriend does this as a little hobby and I just really want to give him something special and personal! He would love the full stadium instructions and am so grateful for your recommendations and your help!

Thank you so much. I did reach out to him. My original idea was to get him the instructions to build the entire stadium but the person who recommended this forum said that having instructions made for the entire stadium would take months if not years to create! If he has instructions that would be perfect. I’m keeping my fingers crossed he contacts me back

There are some people who sell instructions for their creations (referred to as MOCs here, for My Own Creation) but I’d guess it might be hard to find one who happens to have done that particular building.

I doubt he makes instructions, as that is the guy that made loads of different stadiums. Many MOC builders just build and rebuild to perfect the model without caring about making instructions.
