My first MOC (mostly)

HobHob My Lego houseMember Posts: 223
Hi all gonna post some pics of the MOC I've been working on. I'm not sure if it's cheating but I did use a fair amount of the new lego brand shop (x3) to help complete.

Any comments would be helpful, As I want to improve it. I feel it's a bit plain up top and I k now it needs to be a bit taller. Can't decide if the upstairs should be part of the Lego shop or maybe an open plan studio flat owned by a AFOL, which means I would load it up with small builds of lego and tables etc. Maybe add another floor for the flat. Just need to find enough bricks.

Anyway here are the pics.

It'd be an AFOL's dream to live above a Lego store.

Great start! Tiling the floors and sidewalk will improve the overall look.

The PaB-wall is behind the counter! For the rest: cool!

@eMJeeNL the Lego shop in Cardiff has the wall behind the counter but you can walk round. Just ordered some tiles to do floor but may not of ordered enough looking at it now. Had some thoughts about the second floor windows and how to make them look a bit better Thanks for feedback

Both Westfield SB and Stratford stores have the PaB wall behind the checkout. There's a small wall separating the checkout and the PaB wall.

All of my local Lego Stores have the PaB wall behind the counter as well with a small half wall separating the two.

Looks great! Although I think it looks better (and more realistic) without the Lego sign on the roof. Maybe that’s because I’ve never seen such a huge sign on a real Lego store? That aside, nicely done :-)
