FS/FT [US] - City vehicles, Fire/Police/Mining/Traffic/Harbor/Space, all 100% complete

Below is a list of two dozen very gently used sets that have sat in storage for far too long! All have instructions in great shape, stickers have been (carefully) applied in most cases but if not they are included (see note below). I went through every set, checked every piece, every minifigure, every radio, broom, coffee cup, all are present. I'm not a box keeper so those are not included. These sets have been stored indoors in plastic bins in a closet (no fading), in a non-smoking house.

I checked the 6 month average used sale price on Bricklink today, I figured that's a good starting point - the total is 284.74. Take 20% off that & round slightly down for $225 asking price if you want it all (3482 pieces, 31 minifigures). Shipping cost is negotiable, we'll probably end up splitting it. If you're only interested in some of these, PM me and let's talk.

I haven't posted these on my local Facebook buy/sell/trade groups but I will once I take some pictures. I'll update this thread if there are any changes.
