Are most of 2018 LEGO sets out?

I have a small idea about release waves.  But I'm wondering because I finally have some extra cash to buy some LEGO and am wondering if I should wait until Christmas shopping or some other earlier time if anyone knows if a batch of new stuff comes out.  #1 one my list is the Modular (I have all previous).  Others include the big rollercoaster, the fishing shack, and perhaps one of the large Technic model cars.  I can't get everything obviously :)

** Also, is there any word on a new "adult" train set like the orange and black Creator set or the Maersk Train?

The Creator trains seemed like an experiment. LEGO must have seen diminishing returns with each release, so after Horizon Express, nothing new was planned. I wouldn't expect a new Creator train. Or anything more from the Creator Expert line.

Don't expect a new modular building to come out, either. Those are always at the start of the new year.

Seems like we are being primed for a second Star Wars UCS release in the autumn. I guess be on the lookout for that.

For those winter village aficionados, there will be undoubtedly be a new addition this winter.

Without a Star Wars movie, no other new sets there, but it is likely the 2019 first wave will start showing up in stores as early as late November. However, the LEGO Movie 2 is coming out in February, so I expect the January 2019 wave will also see early release at retailers in November and December.

And Brickheadz (ugh) seem to be a relentless barrage. It seems like every other month, a new set of those things are released.

I did read about Homer Simpson and Krusty the Clown Brickheadz coming out soon.  I don't own any Brickheadz but I will surly be buying this set!
