I am having hard time keeping the background pure white.
As you guys can notice, background color is constantly changing and I haven't had much luck.
Any tips would be appreciated!

Thank you!

I didn't really see the background color change that much. The light level fluctuates a bit as your hands come in and out, but it doesn't look too bad to me. If you don't like the change in light level, I'd suggest just moving the build a little bit further away from the camera so your hands won't shade the lens any. I think the video is great as is though.

(Edit) So I watched your other videos and the changing light is more noticeable. I think the problem is most likely the white balance. Depending on what camera you use, there may be a choice to switch the white balance from auto to manual. If it's on manual then the camera won't constantly be trying to compensate. What lighting setup are you using?

Thank you so much for the help!
Three light setup.  One of top and two from front.  So hard to work with....

Any advise please.  Thanks in advanced.

I've used just a large lightbox for my reviews, pointing in from about two feet up and to the left and that seems to work. Again, the camera you use and what the settings are make a huge difference.

^ This would also be my guess.
