New privacy settings

I now have an ugly button 'Privacy settings' on the bottom right of my screen (browsing mobile) that I can't get away.  Very annoying. Please remove/change!

    Unfortunately it's a requirement of GDPR to have a means of changing them but I'll see if it can be made a bit smaller.

    Is it EU only because, I don’t see it.

    Yes, I believe it is EU only.

    I'm sure the EU is fine with a link on the bottom of the page without it being floaty on top of the browsing pane.. :-)
