Tree of Creativity 4000026 Dimensions

justb1justb1 Member Posts: 28
hi all
just returned from the most wonderful trip to Billund and the Lego House. Was lucky to bag myself a Tree of Creativity Set. Was just wondering if anyone has this model and can tell me the dimensions. Only info I can find online is the box dimensions but want the actual model dimensions. Even Lego CS didn’t have these available. Only reason I’m asking is that before I build the model I want to buy a display case for it and obviously need to know the correct size to order from PureDisplay.

I'll check that in a few hours after going back home and i'll let you know... A really cool model. I've put it on a shelf close to the Tree of Creativity 4000028 of the last year LEGO INSIDE TOUR. Both are very nice !!!

    That’s brilliant thank you

You could just build it, then order the case. But I happen to have mine right in front of me... next to the tape measure...

23 studs at the widest point
25 studs at the deepest point == 20cm
    44 studs high == 35cm

So it would be a tight fit in a 20x20x35cm case. I'd recommend adding some more to each dimension.

Let me know how much your case costs. Mine is getting dusty :-O

I decided to have a look at their (new) website :-)

I reckon it would fit nicely into the case for Krennic's shuttle

    Approximate Internal Size:
    260mm(L) x 250mm(W) x 430mm(H)

    As £40.80, I'm tempted!

(Note, I said Krennic when I meant Kylo Ren. I gave the dimensions for and linked to the case for Kylo's shuttle. The case for Krennic's shuttle is 35cm high, the same as the tree. It would be too tight, IMO.)

Thanks for all your help. Have you already got any of their cases. I’ve got about 30 to keep all my models completely dust free. I’m neurotic about my sets hence wanting a case before I build my model. I can highly recommend them. Always come beautifully packed.

I don't have any cases for any of my sets. But most of the built ones are in the loft. I only currently have the Tree on display in the house. I used to have more, but as you say, dust is an issue.

Sorry the thread title might not be the right one to do this in but it’s the only one I could find on the LEGO House Tree of creativity.

Whats this that the LEGO Tree of Creativity is no longer a limited 10k production run? Or I should say was never a limited run in the first place!

    Well I never!

The set is not limited - it is a production run of 10.000 copies and as this is an exclusive to LEGO House set there might be more production runs if it sells well and potentially out.

Anybody going to Lego House that could pick me up one? :-)

The box is massive, really anyone picking one up for you would be justified in asking the going price on bricklink, unless you actually know someone who is going personally its a very big ask.

I have a copy and frankly the cost of the trip and the difficulty in transporting it I wouldn't sell for any less than £120, and even then I'd worry about shipping it.

If I were you I'd look at saving up for a trip to Billund to buy one yourself. Either that or just bite the bullet and pay the bricklink price if you just really want the set that much.

I bought the Krennic Shuttle case a couple of weeks ago, and I'm quite pleased with how it looks, so figured I'd share a photo.
The case is a wee bit tall, but I'm glad of a bit of headroom for it.
I've noticed they now do some other cases with the same base dimensions, but slightly shorter. I can't remember which ones, though. Losing 3cm or so would work well, I think.

Yeah, sorry. I should have given more of a hint when reviving an old thread!
    Anyway, you worked it out...
