Change in layout

Has there been some change in the site coding? It appears as a long narrow strip in my browser now, showing everything from top to bottom.

Looks normal on my iPad. Sounds like it thinks it’s on a phone screen in your case.

Nothing's changed. If you're on a desktop, expand the window to full screen because as said above it'll think you're viewing on a phone if the window width is narrow.

The window is already expanded to full screen. Oddly, it only does it with Chrome and not Explorer (or whatever it's called these days.) Doesn't do it with the forums either.
