A LEGO House special Bonusball Edition - 31 May 2018 deadline

edited May 2018 in Everything else LEGO
It's Friday, so time for a Bonus Ball! However as this is the 3rd time in a row I run this AND I'm in Billund this week, let's do things a little different!

As you might know, The LEGO House in Billund has a moulding machine on site. The machine produces 2x4 red bricks (element 3001), and puts these in polybag #624210 LEGO House 6 Bricks.

With just 6 2x4 bricks, there are 915,103,765 possible combinations that the bricks can be built into.

When you leave the Lego House you are assigned a random number that is unique to your visit. A signature card is printed that shows your number and the combination that it relates to. You get to take your card and the polybag as a memento of your visit.

When I visited The LEGO House last year for an AFOL testing event, I received combo number 73,213,160:

Today my combo was quite different:

How does all this relate to this week's Bonusball? Well, we'll do something a little different this week.

The question this week is simple:

All you need to do is guess the number of the combination I received during my visit to The LEGO House today.

That means the answer is a random number between 1 and 915,103,765. It could be a small one, It could be a massive one. It could be in the middle. Who knows? However it will be different from 73,213,160 - that was the unique number I received last year. At the end of the draw, the closest number wins.

The competition closes 20:00 CET 31 May 2018. I will post a picture of my new signature card shortly after this time and then work out who’s won.

The prize is the winner's choice of some swag from The LEGO House. Luggage space permitting, I might be able to add some more tomorrow.

Some rules:
  1. If you have already been to The LEGO House, or already know you will visit this year, you are welcome to enter the draw. However, in the scenario where you guess the number closest to the one on my new signature card, you will receive a polybag from my collection instead. A LEGO House prize will then go to the person with the next closest number.
  2. @Sumolego is welcome to enter this week's draw. I'm actually eager to find out whether he is lucky enough to win 3 weeks in a row! However if he achieves this feat, his prize for the previous Bonusballs will simply increase. Another LEGO House prize will then still also go to the person with the next closest number.

Good luck everyone!

Thanks for hosting again from the headquarters of Lego.

Even though Lego swag is well cool, am I allowed to improve @Sumolego's odds by nominating him for my number too?

And the number I'm going for is

    Thanks for hosting @stlux .

Using the careful and precise calculations of the google random number generator, 406734383 is my number of choice.

I never thought I'd be excited about a polybag with 6 identical bricks in it, but the whole background behind it is just so cool.

    I'll guess...

How I arrived at this number:
According to what I've found on the internet, the height of a LEGO stud is 4 LDraw Units (LDU) tall, and the height of a LEGO brick without the studs is 24 LDU, making the total height of a LEGO brick 28 LDU. I took the digits from the ratio 4/28 :)

Thanks for hosting @stlux and enjoy Billund!

Thanks for hosting @stlux great theme for the bonus draw, I hope you're having/have a great time in the LEGO house.

    my long-winded answer:
    4 studs long x 2 studs wide x 1 brick high x 6 bricks = 48
but that's a bit close to @redarmy's 11, so I'll multiply again by my most recent LEGO purchase #31070 which = 1491360
