RSS Feed - get older articles or a specific article?

Is it possible, through the RSS feed API, to get older articles? (page=x, or something?) Also, is it possible to reference a specific article, and get the full article text?

    No, and no, as doing so would potentially bypass visiting the website thus not seeing ads or clicking on affiliate links which would, of course, kill the site.
