At a certain point if you don't get a straight answer, you should be prepared to accept that the employee is not authorized to give you one, and it's a little unfair to think the employee is failing to properly listen to or understand your question. If fans were supposed to know at this point what day these sets were going to hit shelves, I'm sure that employee would have been able and willing to tell you in a heartbeat. But most of the time it's neither fair nor realistic to expect LEGO store employees to drop any kind of useful future product info that hasn't already been announced elsewhere, whether they know the answer or not. That simply isn't part of their job.
Glitter vomit is honestly a little tamer than a lot of those examples I'm thinking of. At least it's not quite as… visceral.
Good Lord...

Well...that one flew right over my head. Unlike @SumoLego my reflexes are not fast enough to catch it. And very funny indeed.
In any case, Lego now has the precedent of the first case on their side, so if it comes down to another lawsuit they'll be starting from a stronger position.
Perhaps double fakes makes something geniune?

Edit: Just noticed this in the leaks thread, feel free to delete if needed.
Ramshackle, haphazardly constructed design? Check.
Multiple levels with Ninjago-City styled details? Also present.
Battle-hardened 'Where are my Pants' guy?' You better believe it!
Western Green Lantern? I'm digging it.
Overall, quite impressive. The only thing I'd nitpick is the noticeable lack of sewer babies...
