FS or Trade: Assembly Square St. Louis, MO area

I'm tossing the line out for local collectors in the St. Louis, MO area (St. Charles county included) who are interested in a Assembly Square.  I'm looking to get $230 cash ($50 off rrp) or possibly trade for a NIB UCS Sandcrawler.  I will kick in $50 cash for the Sandcrawler.  Box is in good condition.  It has a few creases on the top and front left side.  Seals are tight.  No punctures.  I'm not interested in shipping this mammoth set so don't bother asking.  I want to do a local transaction within the aforementioned boundaries.
