Brickset Bendybadger Bonusball - SumoLego Lucky Seven Edition

Aloha, fellow Bricksetters.  I have been called upon to do the weekly Bonusball Extravaganza!

The first fifty nine (59) unique posts get a number for Saturday's UK Lottery Draw.  I'm sure someone can post the winning number on Saturday, as I'm too lazy to look it up.

I'm looking forward to a much needed vacation in about a month.  The winter in my area started in November and there is still snow on the ground at the end of March.  With that said - what was your best vacation memory?

My two year-old daughter trying to bypass the queue, including gently nudging a wheelchair out of her way to get to Rapunzel was simultaneously funny and horrifying.

(Which was recorded - and includes a hand emerging from behind the camera to reel her back in...)

The prize will be something @M_Boss doesn't already have...

My brother getting spat at by a Camel in Lanzarote was surely up there as one of the most memorable, funny holiday memories I can recall. :-D

Being drunk and two Tunisian bouncers deciding it was easier to close the disco and throw everyone out instead of trying to wrestle my beer off of me and ejecting me..

Walking my sister up to  the top of a queue at a waterpark only for her to not want to go down when we reached the top. Well she did go after the 40 minute queue. :)

Heading out to Key West by car, not the first time but the second time, just knowing how great the route is and how wonderful the destination. Especially with an Islamorada stop-over...

Dodging a very smelly bullet at Berlin Zoo - after just viewing the Lion enclosure, some Japanese tourists were rattling on a fence to get the Lion's attention for better pics. He just turned around, lifted his tail and hosed them with big-cat piss. You could smell them a mile off all afternoon.

    or

The time at an Iberostar resort in the Cancun area of Mexico. On his first day of holiday, an American guy thought he could outdrink a pair of Russians drinking Vodka at the swim-up bar. He was wrecked in no time, and couldn't tell when the bar staff were giving him water "shots" to limit the damage he was going to do to himself. Didn't help. He spewed all over in the pool. and it cleared faster than someone shouting "shark!" at a beach. Following morning, he was nowhere to be found. His wife was out, and said all of their clothes had to be laundered because he'd spewed all over their 2 open suitcases (hadn't yet unpacked) after he was carried back to the room.

Topically, going to Germany when I was little and being given a 50 DM note to spend in a shop full of Lego. It's still the main thing I remember about that holiday!

Taking the missus to New York for the turning on of the Rockefella tree lights.
As she's big into Christmas time, seeing the look on her face was one of the best holiday memories I will ever have.

Playing frisbee on a beech in Devon somewhere, not concentrating and running straight into a donkey, which just so happened to have a 4/5 year girl in the saddle who I knocked clean off. I’d never seen my dad run so fast, but it wasn’t to to check if I was ok ...

Good question.  I did enjoy two weeks in Virginia several years ago.  We didn't do anything extravagant, but it was nice to be somewhere we hadn't been before and not around the same ol' stuff.

Stepping all over grumpy crabs while wading in the ocean at Virginia Beach. Don't those crabs realize that no one will step on them if they just hide under a rock?

@jmeninno: where in Virginia did you go, if you don't mind me asking?

Going to the Rockies a year or so back. The high elevations definitely affected all of us but it was quite enjoyable going up more than 14,000 feet up.

Hong Kong during the New Year.  Crazy fireworks display, many main roads closed for pedestrians, just a great atmosphere overall.

Tie between first sight of Niagara Falls and the Grand Canyon. Can still bring them to mind now.

And also we had two nights away in Norfolk last week, which were just lovely.

a classic summer vacation. my whole family went on down to Florida, spent 2 weeks right on the beach. i was old enough to come and go as i liked and thanks to that bit of extra freedom, i had all the opportunities to make some life mistakes, that never seem that way at the time. PG version... i met a girl, got into some trouble, and had a great time.

Who reckons we should hold PitfallCon 2018 in the UK?  No joke!

Annual School trips to Germany and the Netherlands when I was a teen, where the first thing the teachers said was "What happens on the trip, stays on the trip - or we'll never be allowed to back!".  The school has long closed down, but not because of the trips (at least I don't think that was the reason!)

My 1 year Anniversary with my wife was also my first trip to Disneyland. To be able to enjoy time with the love of my life while also experiencing the Happiest Place on Earth was pretty incredible!

...though it appears to not have rivaled @Legoboy and @Pitfall69 's adventures...

My family vacationed in California visiting my relatives when I was growing up. When I was 10 my grandparents had a new neighbor who was a marine paleontologist. He had a ton of super cool fossils and I hung out at his house the entire week we were there. I still have some of the fossil teeth he gave me.

Blimey, haven't gone on a holiday for so long I can't actually think back to any! If we count festivals though, then basically all of Boomtown 2016 is my best holiday memory.

    Tie between two Indian experiences.

Seeing the Taj in glorious sunshine and then in the pouring rain

or a horrendous camel ride in the Rajasthani desert followed by the most amazing starlit dinner gazing at the Milky Way.

Would probably have to say visiting the west coast. The Monterey Bay Aquarium in particular. Being able to see the aquatic life there was beyond amazing.

The moments when my scuba diving instructor patiently waited for me to grasp how to manage my breathing, whilst cleaning my mask without relying on the air from my oxygen tank underwater. It was made slightly more difficult by needing contact lenses in to accomplish the task.

And then all the beautiful once in a lifetime moments in the sea that followed that I would have missed had it not been for his patience. Thank you Daniel, you are the best PADI instructor in the world. I would never have realised my dream without those patient moments in the swimming pool. Open Water Certified. Hoooooraaaah! :D

Not the best but really memorable, we went to a water park with all my cousins. As we were all floating around in inner tubes, my little sister fell through its donut hole. Everyone freaked when we didn’t see her. Thankfully there lots of lifeguard-types. My sister hates it when I tell this story.

Took a two week solo trip on my Harley. Started in Chicago and went down to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Then Highway 10 to Tallahassee, FL. Up to Charlotte, NC to ride around the NASCAR Track, and hang out Willie G Davidson. Picked up over fifty black t-shirts, and put over 3000 miles on my bike. Rode through ten states IL, KY, TN, MS, AL, FL, GA, SC, NC, and IN.
