Comparing an Official Set to a Custom Parts List?

Trying to work out if it would be cheaper to just buy an actual set(s) that to get multiple Bricklink orders for MOCs/parts.  Is there a website/program that will compare items from a parts list to those in an official LEGO set?

I know Re-brickable can compare Inventories for a specific set/custom parts lists, but looking for something that I can upload a parts list and it returns a result "Set xxxxx has 50%/90%/x% of the parts is this list".  I'm sure Re-brickable used to have something similar. When you searched for a set you didn't have all the parts for, as well as showing you the parts you didn't have, it recommended a set that also had a high % of the missing parts.

Does such a thing exist?
