#12008 Haunted House (looking for)

colaycolay Member Posts: 547
Hey good people,

A longshot I know, but is anyone (UK based) looking to sell a used (or new if not too expensive) Haunted House #10228 for a reasonable price please?

Our local museum is holding a 3 week Lego expo this summer and they have had all of my built sets previously displayed and I said this year Id do a spooky theme.

My neighbors kids are also now into Lego and they help get involved and theyve only just found out about the old Monster sets and love them and itd be great to surprise them to help me build it one weekend.

Ive looked on Bricklink and eBay, and although eBay seems to have better prices, im always wary

Thanks in advance.

Mark

Haha I had to check I hadn't written this post in my sleep. I'm also on the look out for one. :) If you manage to get it sorted and there's any going spare I would be interested.

Also you need to post some pictures of the Expo, it sounds amazing.

I'll post details nearer the time, and I've also made a time lapse build of Lego too. Yes, I know lots are out there, but the museum arranged for it to be done and I think its been edited really well. It will be posted after the event, in the summer.

Essentially thee expo is at Wantage museum and they add lego builds of people MOCs and well standard sets. ANyone can submit stuff for display and it'll be on for 3 weeks this year.
