Any legal issues with selling MOC sets on Ebay?

I was just wondering if it was legal to sell MOC sets on Ebay. I know people already do [I saw some cool accessories for the Cafe Corner], but I'm not sure if Lego just ignores them even though it's illegal.

What about instructions? Am I okay to create the instruction manual as long as the Lego logo isn't used anywhere? I'm in the US.

There's no legal issue unless you attempt to represent the set as a legitimate Lego product or use copyrighted or trademarked material.

"Accessories for the Cafe Corner" are not illegal unless passed off as "official Lego" accessories.

Make sure they are entirely your own design. Never sell copies of someone else's MOCs unless you have their explicit written permission. And never use any trademarks (e.g the Red Square logo) on any instructions/images etc.
