Set Parts Export

PhoolPhool Member Posts: 2
Has the option to export the parts of a set to a csv file been removed from the site? I swear I have done this previously and copied the data into my google sheets (I previously maanged to get the parts image url included with the rest of the parts data so I know I did not use this option from rebrickable). Am I going mad here or is there another way to do this?

@Phool Looks like you can get to it by clicking on the Parts tab, then "View inventory full-screen", then there is the link for "Download the inventory as a CSV file".

Ah, I see it seems to be only avilable for certain sets which is what has been causing my confusion. It looks like the option is not avilable for sets where the invetory has been sourced from rebrickable (see here vs here).

Even the export script posted by Huw above does not work for the rebrickable-sourced inventories.  Is this a technical limitation?

Yes it is. We don't store Rebrickable inventories but get them 'on the fly' from the site when you view the page via their API. So, you'd need to go to Rebrickable to download it.
