It has fallen to me to host this week's event. I'm posting a bit earlier than is usual just so I remember to do it.
I'm sure everyone knows roughly how it works by now, if not just answer the question & someone will tell you if you won.

It so happens that it's my elder daughter's 5th birthday next week (& my wife's but I won't mention which). Some may know that she's my main Lego building companion- although on the smaller sets, she now is the builder.
Right from the start she took a liking to Star Wars (no surprise there), Superheroes & Minidolls. The latter was slightly surprising as there were only a few among many Minifigs (they're now only outnumbered 4:1). Her favourite is, without doubt #shg006 (Supergirl).

All this preamble leads me to the question(s) for this week.

Which is your favourite Minidoll? (even if you hate them all & the very idea of them, there must be one you hate slightly less)

Which Minifig would you most like to see in Minidoll form? (I'm going with either a Rebel Pilot or Sabine Wren (I think her hair would work well on the Elves))

Up on offer this week is a Martin McColl double. I know many had issues getting the last couple of offers from there, luckily my local one is very close & very good of late.

My favourite mini doll is Harley Quinn because my eldest absolutely adores that character, and it looks nice in mini-doll form.

I think a young Princess Leia in white robes (think “Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi. You’re my only hope.”) would look good as a mini doll, but then you’d open the floodgates to all the OT characters. And why not? :-)

Though minidolls aren't my favorite - I really do like the Maleficent minidoll. It captures that character I think even better than the CMF ones do! 

As far as a minifig I'd like to see in doll form - I have to go with a Queen Amidala in proper white makeup and red dress! I imagine it would be incredibly detailed and stylish.

Favorite Minidoll: As they are currently the only ones owned in my household, I'll have to say Anna and Elsa. My daughter (currently 2.5 years old) is already pressing me to get her some sets, so the collection is likely to grow quickly!

Best idea to Minidoll: As I liked how her character was written in TLJ, I'd say Rose. It would be an interesting addition to the Minidoll family!

Not a fan but my Favourite mini doll is Ariel  - primarily because she doesn't have those ridiculous basketball feet!

As for what minifig... I’d love to see what a Darth Sidious would look like.

I am a big fan of Christmas Lego so have to say the mini dolls from the friends advent calendars in particular this one:
Would love to see prints like these on regular figs. I’d love to see (or hate ) a classic space minidoll.

I didn't like them until my little girl who is four found some in a charity shop, they are all fairly cute, I think my favourite is probably shg005 Poison Ivy.



As for minifigs I like to see as minidolls, how about Rey?

To be 100% honest the idea of minidolls is soo far out of my area of interest that I have never even bothered to look at a Friends set. I do have one friends poly somewhere which i got for free and when i can find it i will give it away to a niece. Ewwwww girls lego that is not lego... ewwww.

My favorite minidoll is Sira Copperglider from the Elves line. I like the green hair and copper boots. Mainly I am just grateful for Elves in general as it keeps my girls excited about building.

In general I like the ones with the full skirt dresses the most (the Disney princesses, Skyra, Ragana,...). They are just so elegant.

Going on this vein I like the suggestions above of Queen Amidala or Princess Leia. I think they could do a very nice Arwen too. But for some reason I fancy a Mary Poppins and accompanying Bert.

Minidoll has to be Snow White, the little one loves all the princesses. As a result, I would like to see Supergirl as a minidoll as my little girl loves to put the outfit on for parties.

I like Eclipso.  Definitely they should make the Teen Titans in minidoll form.

Snow white is good, as is Maleficent. But I think my favourite is the bell-boy Nate from the Grand Hotel.





(Young) Leia would also look good as a minidoll in a white dress, but unless they did some males from Ep IV-VI as minidolls too then she'd probably be a bit lonely.

As others have highlighted, I think that figs with dresses work very well as minidolls. As there hasn't been any love yet for dp040 Fairy Godmother, my vote goes to her. Think I would have preferred her in blue though, but they probably wanted to have some contrast with Cinderella in set #41146.



Something else that seems to work very well on minidolls is multicoloured hair. So another vote for Sabine Wren to get the minidoll treatment.

I love Ariel obvz. But I love strong female characters and SW, so for me it would have to be Sabine (my cosplay fav) or Rey

I personally think that the sheer fantasy element of Elves is the best fit for mini dolls. One that stands out for me is Skyra from 41078.

As for what I'd like to see in mini doll form? Bit harder to answer that - though maybe it would be an improvement on the Jack Stone figures!

I don't have that many as yet (and none of the full-skirt variety), but of the ones I do own I really like Azari firedancer.

I'll throw in another vote for a Star Wars line though (although my ultimate desire for Mini dolls would be independent legs).

Favourite Minidoll is Friends Noah in Dark red Cropped Trousers Large (FRND177) - mostly as sand green & dark red are my fav colours.  

I would like to see the Polka-Dot man get the minidoll treatment (SH397).

I love a lot of the dc super hero minidolls, although my favourite would have to be batgirl, nai my because of the colours used on her

I'd love to see many if the avengers  get minidolls, although my most wanted would have to be a she-hulk

My favourite mini doll is pascal from the tangled sets (does that count?) if not then Robert from Lego friends, and I'd like to see the snake men from Lego Ninjago as minidolls

My daughter has a bunch of Friends/Princesses, and I'd have to say my favorite of those is Flynn Rider (for patented Smolder™) 

She and her brother have been super into How To Train Your Dragon, and I think my daughter would love to see an Astrid minidoll.
