If they play their cards right, I could very well see them making a Diagon Alley collection like they're doing with Hogwarts Castle. Whatever's not in this set might be fair game for other sets, so depending on what's not in this one, the rest could be released in the future.
Both he and Harry looks like the real deal to me!
There is a lot of different ways they could do a DA set in several scales. It could be 3-4 big buildings modular style, one half of the street like the GWP with 5-6 smaller buildings, a hole street that is possible to divide in two to keep on the shelf with facades and open backs on 8-10 buildings etc ..
The same goes for minifigs, we do not know if it is 5, 10, 15 or 20 included, but I am sure several of those options could have room for a Florean fig :)
With the "ask a LEGO HP designer a question to celebrate the launch of a very magical product coming soon" they have started I think we will see the set soon, maybe this week even :D
For me, it will need to be a minimum of six buildings including the Leaky Cauldron, 15 characters aside from Harry, Ron and Hermione (all of whom need to be in new outfits). If it has Florean, and he's a pretty obscure one to include, then I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a few more obvious ones too... Lockhart, Griphook, Mr. Borgin, Mr. Ollivander and Tom from the Leaky Cauldron as well as a few characters that don't really feature in the fims, the Witch in The Magical Menagerie, A Wizard from Flourish and Blotts, perhaps a Madam Malkin?
Please excuse the rambling, ill thought through wishlist.
TBH, I'd prefer a standalone Leaky Cauldron, but I think this might be the best chance of getting one.

It is a narrow street so do not need to include a lot of it to make it realistick..
Me to and I think we will get it with the quality of the sets in this theme (the parts count is just a guess so far based on the price) :)

Not a fan of skirts printed on 1x2 bricks. Love the new skirt piece so would much prefer those were used. I guess those are too tall if being used for young Howard's kids.
I do partially agree, they really should have not built another Ford and just use those pieces for the house. Open at the back is I'm afraid just a given with most of the playsets, so putting it next to a modular might be a bit unfair :)
I guess the Ford gives extra playing fun with pulling of the windows and I like how they did the cupboard underneath the stairs & the letters, even though those 2 things wouldn't be in the same movie.
Hope you US peeps don't have to wait too long anymore!
BTW take it easy, sheesh! No need to say things like "you people" or try to make people feel dumb. If you approach it in more of a teaching way instead of shaming way, you'll probably get better responses in general.
And no, they've so far only been on a sticker in the last Privet Drive set and on a sticker in the mirror of Erised.
