How to remove the low-res duplicate images in "More Images" section?

Most set listings contain both a low res and high res of the same picture.  Is there a setting somewhere to not show the low-res ones?  Is there any benefit to having the low res ones at all?  It just creates a clutter and you end up having to hunt for the high res ones.

They will be there for historical reasons.

Sort of going through every set manually there's no way to remove the duplicates.

Is it possible to have a filter? A setting or a script to trigger?

No, because the resolution isn't recorded in the database.
