Definitely late to the party but I will answer anyway.

Batman is my preference of the two as I spent many a pleasant childhood Saturday morning watching Adam West and Burt Ward defy gravity by walking up walls and the TV version of the Batmobile is still one of my favourite cars ever.

But for those that like both and can't quite decide, there is always Jean-Paul Valley's Iron Man alike Batsuit from the Knightfall series. :)

Minor post script - although Die Hard takes place at Christmas, much like Iron Man 3, the main theme of the movie has nothing to do with the Spirit of Christmas.

And for me, MCU Iron Man is preferred over all movie Batmans except for Bale.

Dammit! Missed this. Not because I wanted the prize @SumoLego was offering (although that would've been lovely) but because I have this passionate love/hate relationship with Batman and Iron Man and how they compare and contrast with each other with regard to their motivations, skill sets and resources, portrayal in popular culture, Lego set quality and variety, branded merchandise, history and personal opinion.
