Pre-Christmas Boxing Day Brickset Bonusball - SumoLego Strikes Back Edition

Happy Half-Day Friday to Everyone in the Forum!

I'm back again to do the Bonusball Extravaganza.   The first fifty nine (59) unique posts get a number for Saturday's UK Lottery Draw.  I'm sure someone can post the winning number on Saturday.

This week's question - Batman or Iron Man?

Good luck!

Oh, and this week's prize will be appropriately-themed, as I have a disturbing amount of overstock.

(Batman.  Dark Knight, Year One, Long Halloween or Michael Keaton editions...)  I was going to ask if Die Hard is really a Christmas movie, but I'm in a festive mood.

Adam West/Michael Keaton/Christian Bale Batman. I'd pick Ironman over the others.

Ironman is by far my favourite Avenger though.

Batman or Iron Man?? As in who do we prefer? Well, I gotta say Iron Man. I'm slightly Marvel biased, especially since I just got Silver Centurion. Plus the Iron Man movies are awesome! (despite the fact that Rhodey's actor switched)

I'm going for Batman, think it's partly because that's always been a bit more known over here (especially before the iron man films) and then I loved the Dark Knight trilogy. Used to read some of the comics too.

Plus, I'm sure Batty can beat Rusty in a fight...

Re Die Hard, I've even heard someone say Pirates of the Carribean is a Christmas movie since it's played at Christmas :) I guess it just depends what your definition is.

    Thanks for hosting.

Batman, and specifically Lego Batman. Not just TLBM, but the prior Lego DC movies.  They just nail Batman's paranoia, without becoming stupid like the recent DCEU movies.

Big Iron Man fan, but I have a soft spot for the Keaton era Batman. Oh and Die Hard is a Christmas film, I watched it yesterday while wrapping presents!

    Batman.
If we're picking between spoilt rich kids, I'll go with the tortured one.

Batman -  Hulkbuster was a nice "vehicle" but nothing is more "Bat ass" than The Tumbler

Seeing as they are both richer, smarter, and better looking than me, I am equally jealous of both of them. That was the question, right?

Since I have to pick, I will go with Batman.

Batman for definite. Due to repeats of the Batusi-ing, dodgy riddle-solving, pyjama-wearing, nanana theme-having, 60s Adam West series being on TV every school holiday morning over here in the late 80s/early 90s. Then the absolutely brilliant animated series and the first couple of films.

Ironman wasn't widely known over here. Only American comic book aficionados would even have heard of him really. Maybe he turned up in a Spider-Man episode or other Marvel animated series but I don't really remember it.

Batman has more memorable enemies too which really add to his character, number one, of course, being everyone's favourite, Condiment King!

Even though Batman is currently BenAffleckted, which is the worst thing one can do to this epic superhero, the absolute horror! I am still rooting for Batman over Iron Man. I like the Marvel universe generally better than the DC one, but I just don't care that much for Iron Man, especially compared to other Avengers such as Thor, the Hulk, and Black Widow. I really enjoyed Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy, and of course Lego Batman!
    Na na nanananananananananananana BATMAN!!!
