If you open that file up in Lego Digital Designer, the sections of the build are organized into groups, which can be selected and deleted, so that only the townhouse section is left.
Then, you can save the modified file and use a parts list generator (LDD Manager, Brickulus.com) or create a new wishlist on Bricklink and upload the modified file to populate the wishlist.
LDD can also create an HTML file with building instructions that has a parts list at the end, but that takes some time to compile and doesn't seem to give parts number.
On Rebrickable, there's also a MOC version of the townhouse that uses parts from a few recent Creator sets, if you're not too particular about the color scheme or design accuracy.
*FYI: For additional LDD files of hundreds of official sets, see this EuroBricks thread.
