I have a friend in Florida who is considering selling his unopened 75192 UCS - it's a long story, won't bore all of you.  I don't think he's of the mindset where he's looking to do anything insane price-wise (i.e. not looking for eBay money) but he doesn't want to ship it, either.  So on the longshot there is someone in Florida looking for this set, shoot me a note.

And yup, I realize this is a lame ad.

    Quick further update - confirmed he's willing to sell it for way below ebay pricing, especially to a AFOL.  He told me $900, which is essentially the MSRP with tax and a touch of finders fee.
