Question about part 6069

Hello All! I have a question regarding a part that seems to be missing from the Brickset database, part 6069. I realize this is an obsolete piece with the advent of part 48933, but 6069 is available in some colors and patterns that 48933 is not. Is there a reason for the absence of this part?

It is down to whether or not it exists in legos online replacement parts service. For example, in the 7190 MF there should be one in dark grey, but it is missing in the inventory ( https://brickset.com/sets/7190-1/Millennium-Falcon ) but isn't there as LEGO cannot replace an old part no longer made. In some cases they suggest replacement with a similar more modern part, but not always.
