Looking for LEGO Express Deluxe (4535) Info

Hello, I recently purchased this item at a local thrift store, and am having some difficulty determining what, if anything is missing. The outer box is damaged, but the contents are largely sealed. After a quick inspection, I have the following:

  • 9V Train Motor (Sealed Box)
  • Black Train (Sealed Box)
  • Caboose (Sealed Box)
  • Freight Wagon (Sealed Box)
  • Green Passenger Wagon (Sealed Box)
  • Platform and Mini-Figures (Sealed Box)
  • Yellow Box - 70931 (Power Cord)
  • Speed Regulator (w/ Cable) - Pictured Below
  • Light Set - Pictured Below
  • Tracks (Loose, not pictured but all accounted for)
  • Insert, poster, instructions

Since the boxes are all sealed, I am not really able to determine if the loose piece I have are infact the only loose pieces that were included in the set. I can provide more photos if needed. Any information anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated!

Fairly sure it is complete, you can also check bricklink.com for the set inventory as well.

The power cables and light fitting being loose ring true to me - I believe these were the last items put in the box and so didn't need their own box. Plus they're rather small...

Interestingly, are the trains regular My Own Train boxes or plain white?

I had/have several of these new and your description sounds correct.

The trains are in plain white boxes with black text on them, to indicate what is in the box.

Thanks, upon comparison, the only things I don't see are the Train Motor Decorative Side and Black Brick, but I assume they are likely boxed with the Train Motor, would that be correct?

They're likely within the box for the engine/loco as part of the build process. But there should be two sides...
