I've got the following set from the Harry Potter theme for sale:

#4768 "The Durmstrang Ship"

The box is unopened and in a pretty good condition (considering its age), but is definitely not mint.
There's a bit of shelfwear, a few minor creases and a small puncture on the front side (see photos).
All thumb tabs are intact.

^That is typical for European box/polybag designs.  Occasionally you will see this in North America, just not as frequent.
