Can be used in-store for LEGO, but not online.

On a related note, has anyone seen regular Lego sets on discounted clearance at Meijer?

If any member is interested in the 30111, let me know and I can drive back next week to pick some up.
Pm me.

PS - I *did* clear the shelf of the Kingdom Archery Practice set... all 1 of them. ;)
Unfortunately, neither of these polybags is on the pegs at the front registers like the Halloween polybags were, so I'm not expecting to see them get to 90% off at any of my local stores.

That way, if it doesn't make it to the next round, I have them... and if it does, I can buy more and then I can return (and potentially) rebuy the more expensive ones.

Anyone check if items are still on sale in the stores? When I visited the Indianapolis LEGO store yesterday they had probably 40 Winter Village Post Offices on the floor with mark down stickers. Will they continue to sell them at that price until they are gone - or ship em back to a warehouse
My local store is @70% off right now, got a few of the HP poly for $1.12 as well.
I was happy to get the ones @ $3.49, last time I had seen them they were $3.99, and ecstatic to get what I found @ $1.74, you can never have too many troops , don't ya know.
The HP poly's have a few pieces that look to be interesting in bulk, only dislike is the minifig is a fleshy..... I have to decide if I want to try and 'dispose' of the 'fig whole, or just the fleshy part or even pull the arms and swap them to other torso's.
Edit, almost forgot, be happy for the discount you got if you want the polybag's, if it's just cheap LEGO then perhaps you may wish to roll the dice as it were, in my opinion the Target Practice Poly's are too sweet to gamble with.
But my question, what kind of store wide sales do they have on their site from past years? Or would I have to wait until next year's black Friday sales?
I am not located near any lego stores and the TRU/Wal/Tar stores around me sell the junk. I rather get everything in one shot before they discontinue.
Any help?
If you can wait, TRU usually does buy 2 get 3 deals around March. By then their prices will pretty much equal Lego's prices except for the licensed products so the deal is legit.
Or, wait for Target to restock and get your 5% red card discount -- free shipping too.
And this was in the US?
Thanks...
Brent
Burlington Coat Factory had a fairly large toy section (who knew??) but they didn't carry LEGO (jerks).
Stopped there because it was next to Target and I heard from someone that they had a few sets. What they had was piles of PoP, but not discounted enough to sell, maybe 25% off. The Space Police stuff was 25% off, so I picked up a few for personal use, but the boxes were too beat up to buy any more.
John
Not going to get them all, just got those two because they looked cool and were cheap.
