Christmas Day Schedule

Post Office locations nationwide will be closed on Christmas Day, Monday, December 25.

• Priority Mail Express® will still be delivered on Sunday, Christmas Eve, and Monday, Christmas Day.
• Regular mail will not be delivered Monday, December 25.
• All Post Office locations will be open and resume regular mail delivery on Tuesday, December 26.

Looks like a very thoughtful gift from my SS! Arrived a few weeks ago but haven't had chance to take a pic until now. Triplet babies have a knack of taking up every spare second. This must be the only present in the house not for the girls, I'm really looking forward to opening it! Thanks SS :)

I'm traveling for the holiday, so I can't open my presents until I get back.  However curiosity got the better of me before i left so I opened the box. My SS predicted my curiosity and had planned for it - smart SS!



I must have been good!  A special bonus is a Life Savers Sweet Book - I haven't had one of those in years!

The dogs were much more interested in the presents once they were out of the box.



I'll get to open them later this week once I get home.

Big thank you to my Secret Santa. This lot will make the perfect start to my China Town alley in my Modular street. I've got the Speed Champion set already. But I follow a chap on Instagram who does alternate builds for the series and there are a few I want to try out.

Here are the contents of my parcel before & after....



I know one was supposed to be opened on 1st December, but as I had an inkling as to what it contained and have been away for most of the month, I decided to save it.  I'll be doing a January countdown instead to prolong the fun!

Love the automated cavemen - always impressed people who have the ability to build clever things without instructions :) The post-reindeer was pretty gentle and delivered it 95% intact. Although Mrs C wasn't overly angry with hubby initially, after a little fiddling with the mechanism she's now clubbing him with ease!!

My Secret Santa decided to give me a pair of Ninjago CMFs and #60151. I wonder if they're hinting at something... like starting a racetrack? Or to join my existing Speed Champions sets?

Either way, it's a nice set I wouldn't have bought for myself, and it's only Lego competition this year for Christmas was from the Holger Mathes book my brother got me, and the LUG secret santa (which was three of the Aldi special offer sets). 

(p.s. I'm so grateful it wasn't chocolate. I've got over a kilo to get through!)

My Secret Santa was kind to me. My presents came in nice yellow LEGO printed wrapping paper and was packaged with a packet of Minstrels (that I still haven't opened yet, despite promising to share with the better half!).

My Santa did sterling research and saw that I was missing a Star Wars Poly from my collection, that I wanted the Kiss Kiss Tuxedo Batman keyring and that my Cyberman army was severely lacking.

I haven't watched the Doctor Who Christmas Special yet, but I hope there are Cybermen and Daleks in there for me to play along :-)

Also, just thought I'd post a picture of a gift I received in the Eurogamer (video gaming website) Secret Santa, which I have the pleasure of organising.  Someone over there has also figured out that I'm a Lego fan.  It's a personalised wordcloud.  It's getting framed and going up on the wall!

Good evening! Well, it's still Christmas Day as I write this. Although I tend to be verbose so it might cross over by the time I'm finished. Anyway, I am loving all the reveals on here. The ideas and the Christmas spirit are in full force in this forum. Which brings me on to my own gift:

The little fridge magnet is a lovely seasonal touch which I really appreciate (my wife also loves it!) And as for the main set, I'm almost speechless! Iron Spider! Ultimate Spider-Man! Sandman and Rhino! Looking forward to trying out all the play features and the build on that mech looks really cool. Thank you so much, Secret Santa!
