Brickset Bonusball - Lester 40308 Edition

Hello boys and girls,

It has fallen to me to present the latest edition of the brickset bonus ball.

This time you have an opportunity to get your hands on a Lester polybag 40308.

I think we all know the rules by now. The first 59 unique posts get a number for the UK lottery bonus ball draw, the winner gets the polybag.

Lester has caused ripples in the AFOL community for a number of different reasons and we have also seen the Lego house exclusive along with others. So the question is what store exclusive minifigure/set would you like to see?

(and let's pretend we would all have easy access to them).

My answer - City specific figs wearing "I Heart (insert your town here)" printing on the torso.

Millenium Falcon alternative crew figs (Lando, Nien Nunb etc). Either that or local footie teams for the branch e.g. Newcastle and Sunderland sets at the Metrocentre branch and Man Utd sets in London branches :D.

I'd have to say a store specific minifig. That should make things interesting.

As already mentioned it would be something relevant to the city the store resides in (e.g. for Leeds it could be a local landmark minibuild - Elland Road, Corn Exchange, Carnegie Stadium, Leeds Market; sports team - Leeds United, Leeds Rhinos etc; or something more cultural). I think it would be very difficult to implement though.

I'd like to see a Boston skyline, but probably wouldn't be area exclusive. Would be cool to get it a release wave ahead of the rest of the world though, so that's my pick.

More of the store exclusive sets that were representative of the locale.  I loved those sets when that was how LEGO celebrated new store openings!

A custom minifigure on a stand like some of the star wars figs of late - have a printed tile on the front with the city, and the cardboard back could be pictures of meaning to the location, country, etc.  The stands can connect together as you collect them.

A single brand store in Australia would be nice.  They've already produced multiple Opera Houses.
    But Monochromes would be nice...
