I am regretfully selling my new and sealed #10182 Cafe Corner. I bought this set from [email protected] as soon as it was released and it has been stored for several years. The box is in pretty good condition (see pictures) and comes from a pet and smoke free home. Asking $1,600 plus shipping and insurance through PayPal or $1,550 through PayPal with money sent via Friends and Family. I live in Michigan (Ann Arbor) if you choose to pick up. 

References available upon request. I have sold and traded 100's of items via the Forum.

@Bricklover18 , I kinda passed you on the way to NY this summer. I actually messed up and got on I-80 instead of 80-90 and had to take I-79N back up to Erie.

Not recently, but went to a concert there and after it was over, there was like a big fight between 50-60 people and about 10 people cars showed up, so we hightailed it out of there.

Sure we have had a river that has caught on fire and yeah we have the running joke that out of 365 days we only get 50 days of sun but it's still a cool place. It grows on you. Even though I have only been here for a few years, it's a good place.

Actually what's really cool is @Pitfall69. With all of the off-topic comments in his sale thread where you AREN'T SUPPOSED TO POST OFF-TOPIC COMMENTS. He has kept his cool when others would have blown a gasket long ago.
