Jurassic World Sets

I apologize in advance if this is a ridiculous post.  My sons are 8 and 5.  I recently let them watch the Jurassic World movie.  Then they discovered Lego made Jurassic World sets.  Where is the best place (read: best price) other than Ebay for me to buy these since they are no longer sold in stores? Thanks in advance for your help!

You may still be able to find a set or two lingering at Toys R Us.  One of my local TRUs still had the pterodactyl helicoper set.

And it also depends on whether you want an unopened set.  As the line just recently retired, there is a healthy selection of uses sets.

I would still check out eBay, you may be able to find some complete used sets for a decent price.

Also worth being aware that leaked info from a retailer catalogue suggests that there is likely to be some Jurassic World 2 sets out next year.

^ looking at the brickset listings we will get a full range of Jurassic World 2 sets, Duplo, Juniors and System - very exciting.

Thanks everyone! That's exciting about the JW2 sets next year.  Unfortunately for me they want them for Christmas this year which means I also need them new in boxes.

I recently found several JW sets selling on local sites like Ebay and apps like Let Go. They were opened, but came with the manuals and boxes. YMMV, but you could luck out.

Obviously you can try and run "reverse listings" on those platforms and post Want To Buy ads to see if that generates interest? Someone might not be actively selling, but as we approach the Holidays, maybe they'll be looking at their kids (or significant others) stack of unused Lego and see Holiday Dollar Signs in their eyes and help fill your request.

I have a few that I may be able to sell or trade you, only problem is I won't be able to access my collection until thanksgiving.

Just be careful with buying lots of stuff for kids now, for Xmas. In my experience, what they want for Christmas changes so much in the lead up! Don't blow a load of money on these sets and then they change their minds (after they watch the Lego Ninjago movie for example!). I appreciate that at some point kids have to stick with their decision

Where in Arizona are you?  I have some (all but the largest set) I would be willing to sell.  I live in LA but will be in Tucson the week after next.

I have several of the Pterodactyl set boxed if you're interested. Raptor Escape as well, but that one goes for quite the premium. Let me know if you're interested. I'm not looking to price gouge* on the Pterodactyl set at all.

    * Sorry, just got out of a hurricane and heard that phrase a lot.
