    Thanks for sharing!

I can't put my finger on it, but there's something I don't like about DD with PR.  Maybe the two stairs side-by-side?

That's funny, because I was just thinking that I kind of liked the stairs next to each other.  Breaks up the line of the buildings without having a sheer wall on one side.  I do have to admit though, even though I love the Diner, and even like the stairs/left side of it, they are rather awkward next to most of the other buildings.  Maybe they have something up their sleeve for the 2019 building that will work better?  (Let the rumors fly! :P )

I'm guessing they might be doing a total reset in the modular styles now that they hit 10 years.

I'm thinking of displaying them DD, AS, BB on the first row and PC, DO, and PR on the second row. I'm still not completely sure yet though.

Coming in 2019, the modular parking lot to give the carhop waitress a reason for having roller skates.

Psh, I called that ages ago!  Modular Japanese style parking garage with power functions!

(I joke... but if it was a compelling build with good figures I would still jump on it.  Every city's got to have some parking! :P )

Honestly a parking lot add-on would be pretty great. Maybe 30-50 bucks, a few cars, a modular size lot that fits said cars, and a few figures.

Any one have a picture of the pink Cadillac next to the Simpsons cars?
Or the black limosine from the Palace Cinema?

And Yes, we need a better table cloth. Unfortunately, I don't have any Simpsons cars.

I think they look quite good next to each other, but the simpsons cars look a bit too ‘blocky’ compared to the pink Cadillac

Although reddish brown would be better for a cooked sausage? :P
I'm not sure they'd ever make a brown sausage, just like they they no longer do yellow hips. It would get used for other things.

^that's great ! i'd like to do the same in my home... it's a good occasion to display the modulars other than on the shelves close to the wall... We can go around and see all the sides.

@emilewski did you build the Modulars on the 32x32 Baseplate, or on "regular" Plates? I  would like to do something similar with raising the sidewalk and brick-build a Street, but do wonder how to connect the 32x32 with anything under it?

@emilewski is the road brick built? I'm probably going blind- I cant decide if it is or isn't!

    The road is very glossy.

(But I haven't come across 2x2 black tiles with a matte finish.)
