For Sale (UK) Modulars, job lot.

Hi, Long time lurker first time poster.

I'm looking to sell the following modulars as a job lot, please read the description below.

10185: Green Grocer - Should be 99% complete I believe the last time I built it some of the 4271344: Hinge Plate 1X2 pieces were broken.

10197: Fire Brigade - 99% complete, no minifigs

10211: Grand Emporium - 99% complete

10218: Pet Shop - 99% complete, no box

10224: Town Hall - 99.9% complete

10232: Palace Cinema - 99.9% complete

10243: Parisian Restaurant - 99.9% complete

10246: Detective's Office - Should be 100% complete

10251: Brick Bank - Should be 100% complete

10255: Assembly Square - Should be 100% complete 

All of them for £1700

 Because of the weight I would hopefully be looking to deliver to someone in the North West, North East or South Scotland rather than post them. I never intended to sell these (hence why they having missing pieces), but I don't have the space for them anymore. All have boxes except for the Petshop, and the boxes have been flat packed for storage. All have original instructions but some may be dog eared.

Unfortunatly I dont have time to sort through every model to make sure that all the pieces are there. I would say that each model has at least 99.9% of pieces and its just small detail pieces or maybe minifig accessories that are missing. I do know that the Fire Station has no minifigures and about 15 pieces missing. The last 3 modulars released should be 100% complete as they have been built once, displayed for a short while then dismantled for storage. Each modular is seperated into bags containing each floor for easy building. 

I have used Bricklink to guesstimate that they are worth around £2000 used. However given that I cant guarantee 100% completion, I am looking to sell them as a job lot for £1700. Might be a long shot and I might consider splitting them into single lots if no interest is shown, but for now I'm looking to sell as a job lot.

I am happy to provide picture of the boxes/instructions on request and also to link to my ebay/bricklink account.

I'm tempted, but would have to travel by train. Where would I have to come to, perhaps we could meet up at a railway station? Would you want cash payment?

My nearest train station is Carlisle but I would be willing to drive to one that is closer to you.  Cash would be preferable if meeting in person but Paypal would be fine too. I could also look at posting it, but it would have to be spread across 3 parcels because of the weight of it.

Hi as there has been little interest I'm going to offer these up separately as I can see there being more demand for individual sets. Please read the description above for the sets.

 I have looked at bricklink and ebay to evaluate the prices, looking at ones mainly shipping from the UK and I believe I have priced these competitively. 

Payment via paypal gift would include free postage to the UK via myhermes and I can get a quote for any European interest. Happy to accept paypal non gift transactions but would have to ask for £15 postage fee (unless multiple are purchased then I could combine them to save on postage for you)
