Changing battery of set 7298

Set 7298 has a dino with a battery somewhere is his head but its dead. So no red eyes and tongue. Is there a way to change the battery or does it remain dead like all the dino's..

    No, unfortunately you cannot replace them. At least, not without breaking it apart,
