UK trade...My 10236 for a 10240...??

Hi...just putting this out there...i have a new and sealed #10236 Ewok Village and would like a straight trade for a new and sealed #10240 Red 5..is this a trade that is fair or am i way off base with this one?

Any thoughts..please let me know...cheers
