Wanted: Pick a Brick help (UK)

paul_mertonpaul_merton Member Posts: 2,967
Do you live near a LEGO store?
Do you like earning VIP points?
Do you enjoy filling up Pick a Brick cups efficiently?
Do you want to help out a Brickset contributor whose nearest LEGO store is about 3 hours away?

If your answers are yes, yes, yes and yes, you may be able to help me! :)

To cut a long story short, I've knackered my back, so mobility is a bit of a problem right now. But I've just started a new MOC project and need more parts for it! I'd probably be after about 10-15 large cups of parts, depending what's actually available from your wall. I could pay you with PayPal for the parts + shipping (via MyHermes or whatever is cheapest), or perhaps swap the filled cups for new set(s) of equivalent value?.

Interested? Let me know! :) In the event that I am deluged with offers, priority will go to the most trustworthy/longstanding member. I would need to know what's available at your PaB wall (photos would probably be best, unless there's an up-to-date list somewhere already?) before placing my "order", so it might only be worth helping me out if your store is very local or if you go there very frequently, but here's hoping...

Paul.

Wall parts are usually dictated by what the monthly builds are/have been. Usually a disappointing selection for me at the Newcastle (Gateshead) branch.

I'll check what's on the wall this Sunday. Although I'm not sure how good at packing or trustworthy I'm.

@paul_merton - not in a position to go to a lego store myself, but just wanted to wish you a speedy recovery for your back. I suffer severe back pain from time to time and I'm sure you must be in a lot of pain, or taking lots of meds, or both. Take care.
