IMO Probably better off trying to find them in store, as Rocket boy and the Corn cob guy are likely going to be more than retail unless you have stuff to barter with (I have found that Rocket boy is a pill to find in stores right now, it seems those are the first to go). Mystery figure is the highwayman

My wife found some on Thursday at Target.  She bought 7, and we ended up with 6 different ones.  I went back the next day, they were completely sold out.

They always 'sell out' the first few weeks, then the second run comes out and sits in the store for a month (or longer, I can still find S16 and even the Disney Series at stores. Also if it was a Target expect to see them mysteriously have a ton back in stock in a few days because someone likely bought the whole lot to 'cherry pick' then return the rest because they are too lazy to just feel for the ones they want in store. as an aside, if stores would simply accept no returns on these it would eliminate that.

This is also why I just buy a set from someone like @MinifiguresPlus. It solves the hassle of getting a set.
