Hi All,

I have a SEALED, never opened Winter Village Cottage #10229. Some shelf wear on the corners. Please view the pictures. 

Cheapest on eBay is $220, I'm asking $200 +shipping. I only charge exact cost and I'll only ship in the US since it's such a large item.
