This may be a bit of a stretch, but I'm hoping for Sam Flynn and Quorra.

I would love:
1. Jungle Book characters (Baloo, King Louie, Mowgli, and Mowgli's girlfriend)
2. Jasmine and her father, and Jafar
3. Mulan with annoying little dragon, and Mulan's Mongolian bad guy Shan Yu
4. Snow White and Evil Witch in old lady disguise
5. Pocahontas
6. Cruella De Vil
7. Tarzan and Jane

Also would love to see Totoro, Sen, or other Miyazaki-themed figures (or sets), since Disney holds the distribution license for these movies in English.

OOOH kind of off topic because they don't do big figs in the collectible minifigure series, but I think Wreck-It Ralph would make a great big fig.
