Just today I noticed that a new picture had been posted on Brickset for set 76083. The mystery figure inside the van had been revealed. Is this a leak, or did LEGO release it?

Hashes? Just above the right shift key (on my keyboard anyway). Could be Shift+3 instead for you guys. On mobile it could be anywhere...

altgr+3 for me.
I tried following a tutorial recently and the shift key made me so confused, I thought it was the key with the 2 arrows that you use to shift a line of text. finally figured it was what I called the Maj key.

otherwise, the reveal of the mistery figure definitely isn't a shock. nice arms, looks like a good set for minifigs. though the shocker looks too much like a normal civilian for a super villain.

Hashtags are even easier on an iPhone than a standard keyboard;
Hit the '123' key ( bottom left - that you use to get to the number/symbol keyboard).
Then hit the additional symbol keyboard (second from bottom left).  
The hashtag is top centre - same location as the T and 5 keys.

It's interesting to me that the made shocker Black as he is white in the comics. I doesn't matter to me that much seeing as they could have made him a woman and I could have cared less. I'm just wondering if his race will somehow come into play in the movie.
More than likely its just Marvel trying to be more proactive (which I'm all for.)

To expand on what I said above, what I was trying to say was that they could make Shocker as different from the comic book versions as they want to  and I would be fine with it.
