DHL claims they have never got it from LEGO as the tracking is stopped on electronic receipt and before the physical pick up (also the weight of just 12.6 pound = 6kg seems wrong)
LEGO claims they have delivered to DHL as the system says. And they could not find anything since morning.
So far my only worry is they will cancel the order, give me money back and I'll be at the end of queue with high risk not getting the black card ...
If it was lost on the last step of delivery, they I'd be more nervous.
Mine showed up yesterday. Had to get (what I imagine to be) the most stressful part of the build out of the way first....
I don't have time to read that. Everyone calm down!!
brushing 2 times a day followed by a mouth wash rinse
I like it, because I can see how 3 of the 4 corners will line up on the surface I'm putting it on, and if it doesn't work, not too much of the sticker has been applied yet and it's pretty easy to pull it back up. Once I have it lined up the way I want, I take the sticker sheet off and press it all down. Hope that helps!
I'm in the US and was one of those who tried to deal with [email protected] crashing for 2 hours starting at the 8am Eastern launch time. I was eventually able to get my order placed an hour and a half later and immediately the status showed "Waiting on new stock". So, that was the 14th and on the 18th my status changed to "Backordered". I finally logged into an an online chat today with a CS rep to see if I could get a sense of what to expect...
He said that my order was scheduled to ship on October 16th at this time, but that could change. I told him that was unexpected and very disappointing - and I asked him if there would be inventory available for the general release on 10/1. He said "no, that's launch has been pushed back".
Anyway, I'm clearly livid. If that story is really true, LEGO massively miscalculated the demand for this set which blows my mind. Oh well, shouldn't get so worked up about it but #*&@ it I'm just frustrated and disappointed...
edit - rookie move the 1*3 I missed on 303 which is the first wrap around part.
For those near B&M stores. I went to my local yesterday (Leeds) and asked when they would be restocked. The supervisor told me they were expecting 8 more on Friday morning. The store opens at 9, the shopping centre opens at 6. I'm not going but I thought I'd tell you guys on here in case it helps. Other stores may well have similar deliveries so it might be worth asking.
They also said that Lego is planning on sending more later in the month and for the 1st October release date, but they don't confirm anything until a few days before to avoid disappointment - her advice was to keep ringing every dew days and find out as the delivery is confirmed.
Obviously, online is a different matter. Looks like they have 2 separate production lines - 1 for the physical stores, another for cyber.
The European online shop is dry and they have only offered me to cancel the order. I might get the card by post as it was paid, but once cancelled all perks will be withdrawn. If I chose to transfer it to VIP points instead, the inactivation might not take place, but there is no guarantee.
Also they cannot even put me at the end of queue, I'd have to fight to get an online order when it comes up again. That being said it might be end of October or November or ... so one cannot even prepare.
Only positive thing is that it is a bad day at work, so this can't piss me off much more...
I don't think you should cancel the order. Try calling back and ask to speak to a supervisor, then ask to speak to their manager, keep going until you reach someone with some power or autonomy. The loss is on their side, it is their fault and you should not lose out as a result.
I really hope you can get to an agreeable solution.
Called the local store and they are out too.
In about 3 weeks we have a week long event as RLUG. I think I'll just print a paper saying "this would have been a UCS MF if LEGO has not messed up"
I know only of 2 people around me that were lucky ... both are resellers.

LOL - for those who don't do acronyms I meant Bricks & Mortar, not the B&M brand. :-)
Just trying to help any Bricksetter to get this set.
Will this set be sold at any B&M stores? Online other than LEGO [email protected]?
