Best guess I have is that they look quite like the helmets of Bala-Tik's crew (Guavians?), but that seems unlikely.
The other thing they resemble would be a scaled down version of the Falcon's escape pods. (Shown in a photo from Force Awakens: Incredible Cross Sections - I can post the pic I mean when I get home.
The marketing people are secretive and dodgy, but the tech-folk just put stuff out there - like the set number splash page at S@H.
It amazes me that there haven't been any leaks with the set already clearly in production. (Maybe they're only manufacturing them in the basement of the Lego House?)
And this looks like it could be the start to the cockpit. It is 10 across, fitting the new mold for the windshield piece in the #70616 ice tank. I would hope that the back area there would not be blocked off and still have access to the interior (If there is one).
