Castle Espie Wetlands Centre in County Down is doing a series of workshops and a Giant Lego Trail, from 11th February to 2nd April. Details here: http://www.wwt.org.uk/wetland-centres/castle-espie/whats-on/2017/02/11/legor-brick-trail-and-workshops/

I wasn't sure how to get it added to the Events thing on the Brickset.com news - it says to do it via my LUG, but to my knowledge there isn't one in NI...

The event data on the front page of Brickset is collected by the data entered by Ambassadors on the LAN site and generally if it isn't a LUG driving the event it doesn't get added.

Technically any Ambassador can do that. Brick is also coming to Belfast in March so it looks like good LEGO times for NI......
