[US] FT/FS Green Grocer Sealed Bags, box, instructions

Going to give this a shot.

i have a GG for trade or sale with box (some damage not much though), instructions, and all pieces in sealed bags. There was one bag that opened in the box but I can confirm with 100% certainty that the pieces are in there because I opened the seals (long story, wasn't on purpose) and the bag was partially opened (I've since put them in a ziplock and kept them in the #1 bag). 

Im looking to trade for a complete used copy and perhaps a little extra or straight sell it (as long as there's enough there to buy a good used copy).  Being brand new and inner bags not open, there should be some additional value there over used and built....maybe??

Lookimg to stay in the US with this one. In the buffalo NY area if you are local and want to do something here.
