[US] FS - 4.5v Train Tracks/Parts, 7722 Pieces

To begin, this is my first time attempting to sell Lego on this site. As the lot I have does not necessarily justify me opening a BL store to part it out, I wanted to give it a try. This is not, however, my first time selling items in this manor. The prices I have listed are at or slightly below the average BL price. I'll gladly accept any feedback you may have on pricing (too high or low) and am willing to negotiate. I'd prefer to sell the following as a lot, but will part out if it comes to that. 

I recently picked up the following at a second hand store. There is some dust and minor wear from assumed play, but everything (unless noted) is in good order.

1 - Train Battery Box Car with Switch and Black Wheels with 'DB 7722' and Weight Table Pattern on Both Sides (x488c02pb01) $14 (stickers are all present, very minor peeling, missing one train buffer)
4 - Train Wheel Spoked (for motor), with Light Gray Train Rim for 4.5V & 12V Locomotive Wheels (wheel2ac02) $.75/each (gray rubber is all there and tight around wheels, but cracking in some places)
4 - Train Wheel Spoked for Motor (wheel2a) free if you buy the 4.5v motors, or any other pieces

I'll only ask for actual shipping costs and, at this point, am only able to ship within the US.

Not sure I have the ability to edit the original post, but if anyone is remotely interested, I'd cut my prices basically by half. $75 for everything, or willing to part out.

What colour are these track pieces? Grey?
