Unidentified minifigures

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forums, this is my first post. I was wondering whether anyone could help me identify which subcategory / set the following mini figure parts have come from? I have scoured Brickset mini figures many times over (I collect mini figures), but these 3 have got me stumped. I have checked, they are all genuine lego, and there is no printing on the reverse.

Wow Swift responses! thanx guys! :-) the dolphin torso'd guy I could not find even when searching town divers, and he doesn't seem to belong to any sets as far as I can see, so perhaps he is unsearchable from UK brick site? Or perhaps I'm just not good at searching. I tried hard though..
